This resort has seen better days

The experience was not very good. After getting checked in we went to our room and it was not clean. So we went back to the front desk had to wait in line for 15 minutes then got another room. When we got it and inspected it we found there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We continued to find things wrong with the room throughout our stay. *There were the prior guest's socks left in the drawer. *The floor felt like it had just gotten shampooed (was wet) *There was something gross hanging from the shower curtain. *The sofa bed was not made we had to make it ourselves. *The hall had a terrible smell and the room smelt like mildew. *The overall room really wasn't being kept up or the maintenence was very bad. Overall, it was a bad experience and one day stay cost us $107.00. Think about all of this and look at the beautiful pictures they show. Quite deceiving.

Our last visit to Landmark in Septemeber 2003 was awful. Had smokers next to us, complained to the front desk staff and they basically said "what do you want us to do?" We are allergic to smoke and told them so when we booked our room. They told us "no problem we have designated smoking areas." We were there for three days with no help from the staff.
