we went on line ordered your hotel was
told our flight would arrive at 11:36
pm on 10/10/04 we could get shuttle
when we arrived from phila our luggage
was left in atlanta we looked for your
shuttle which told us they would pick
us up at 12:00am 11:45pm i called a
fella told me they would be right over
now 12:30am no bus i call back and get
a lady she said i bus actually stops
at 12:00am but get a cab and we will
pay. a fella in a van for hotel
service told us he would take us
1:00am we arrive to find out the girl
would not pay because he had no
receipt she never told us he needed a
receipt so my husband payed $20.00 to
the fella because that was nice of him
to bring us. terrible service no
lotion in your hotel no wash cloths we
called the desk and they said they
would send some and we received 2 big
towels terrible i said to the girl we
need wash cloths and she said they are
in the wash ok i spoke to your manager
who told us he would have to get to
the bottom of this before he could
give us the $20.00 the girl who spoke
to the driver said she usually pays a
cab $15.00 or $18.00 thats it what do
we know she should of said get a
receipt from your driver and we would
have never use this fella. thanks for
