very disappointed in the hotel

While the view from the balcony of the bay area is nice, this does not begin to make up for the poor quality of the hotel facility. The carpets were very dirty throughout, the halls were musty, the air conditioner did not work much at all, and the few cars in the parking lot should have been the biggest clue. Would not recommend to anyone until the hotel is renovated and cleaned. We had to be moved from one room to another as did our friends.
