New carpeting and a coat of paint would also do wonders for the otherwise run-down rooms. Guests have access to the resort's nine swimming pools and nine lighted tennis courts. A 50,000-square-foot fitness center offers an aerobics studio, sauna, whirlpool, and weight machines. Every morning, guests can enjoy a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast. The hotel also offers a complimentary nightly reception with snacks and alcoholic drinks. Overall, despite room shortcomings, the Embassy Suites Hotel Myrtle Beach is a good way to experience this expansive resort.
