Pickpockets, and scam artists everywhere! The area is corrupt like you wouldn't believe. It starts right at the airport and doesn't stop till you leave. Watch out for private taxis. They rip you off real bad and once you get in the taxi, you agree to their price so even calling the police won't help. You must tip everyone but maybe only a buck or two in US dollars. The girls are pretty hot, and easy (watch out) and the night life is good, but overall try somewhere else.
