The toilet was broken and fixed by them but finally my husband fixed it. The mattresses were stained with ALOT of blood and pee. It was disgusting and it still makes me shudder to think about it. No elevator and had to carry heavy luggage up and down and carry the baby stroller with baby in it up and down. Heavy after a long day.
