Rooms comfortable but noisy, old, tired and dirty 3 stars by mainland standards. Staff was always helpful and courteous, pool is nice. Room service food was just tolerable.

My experience at the Intercontinental San Juan Resort & Casino was like a dream come true. It was absolutely beautiful, the staff was wonderful. I would definitely return.
