Our Favorite Panama City Getaway

My husband and I love to visit Panama City, and we frequently stay at the Inn at St. Thomas Square. It has an excellent location, right on the gorgeous Grand Lagoon. Even better, it's made up of efficiency and one-bedroom condos. This means you get a kitchen and a washer/dryer (except in the efficiencies). The Inn is close enough to the Gulf of Mexico to give you quick beach access, but you're also secluded from the sometimes boisterous beach scene. The Inn has a lot of activities to offer, with a pool, two tennis courts, a boat dock, two lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a shuffleboard court. It's also walking distance to the beach, restaurants, golf and beach clubs. We consider this our little "resort" in Panama City, and we'll be back soon.

I love it. They have a boat dock and a pier

It was perfect. You can go out to the dock and fish for trout, redfish, and catfish. While I was there I caught 5 trout, 2 redfish, and as many catfish as you could want. Theirs crab to huge crab. The condo is right in the middle of everything. You are in walking distance to Hammerhead Freds. The resturant downstairs is one of the best ever they have almost anything from seafood to hamburger steak. Right across the street is the beach with a lot of watersports to do during the summer. This is my favorite place to stay and I hope it will be yours too.
