poor value

When I pay a premium rate for a hotel, I do not expect to have to pay for wireless access in my room. I do not expect to make three calls to get my room made up....finally at 6:00 PM!!!I expect the lady at the coffee shop to have a better attitude! In short...too much money, not enough value. Next time I'll choose Hampton.
