I stayed at this hotel with my kids during their spring break. The hotel is located a short distance away from Disneyland. We booked our room through an online discounted travel agency and got a huge discount on the per-night cost of staying there. This hotel is well maintained and has a great staff. It has a beautiful atrium lobby with a full-service restaurant, a large open-air bar and lounge, and a Starbucks. We got a great view of the city from our room on the 15th floor. Our room was average in size and had a clean bathroom. The beds and the pillows in our room were not very comfortable, but we returned so tired every day that we didn't have any problem getting a good night's sleep. Since the room service was outrageously priced, we preferred going to the restaurant to have our meals. The hotel provided shuttle service to Disneyland on a charter-type bus that serviced three other hotels in the area. We found the bus to be too crowded on our way back to the hotel. Another drawback was that I reluctantly paid the extra parking fee charged by the hotel, but I think they should provide free parking service to their guests. Otherwise, this hotel was a good value. We checked out of the hotel with ease, using a menu on the hotel's television. I highly recommend this property to families who are looking for convenient lodging that's just a short distance away from the Disneyland.
