Facade of a nice hotel...overpriced for what you get
Review From: Pamela, Jun 9, 2008
When selecting a hotel for my recent business trip I went on the phrase "when have you ever stayed in a bad Hyatt?" Well I have now. Sure the outside is nice and the lobby is gorgeous. You are welcomed by a myriad of employees from foreign countries which can be intriguing until they tell you that your room is on the wrong floor. When I finally found my room I was in shock. It was decorated in horrible motel room decor. Everything from the flat pillows to the thin bed spread, similar to those that you would find in a $20 a night hotel, was to my dismay. To top it off the hotel was next door to construction. So as I went to sleep from chatter in the hallways from the thousands of women that had gathered for a convention the hotel was hosting, I woke up to drilling and hammering outside of my window in the early morning hours. My recommendation, look around for another hotel.
