Perfectly awful!!!!!

Dirty, staff @ front desk not civil. Had our room request wrong and to change from a one bed smoking [which we did NOT request], they charged $10.00 more per nite. They advertise 2 for one breakfast and it is even on their room key; but the restaurant does NOT honor it. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. It is NOT REALLY on the strip either. That ends @ the stratosphere.
