This motel is dingy and dirty, with a horrible smell of cigarettes and mold in the hallways. I was in the office two times for only a couple of minutes each, and both times people came in to complain. There is a balcony, but a bunch of locks on the sliding door to keep the it from opening (bad neighborhood?). The bathtub drain was uncovered and so dirty that I thought a creature might crawl out from it. Avoid this place!
