elevators have mind of their own. reserved double beds 2 months in advance. checked in early just in case-
only one bed. requested a rollaway bed at noon- 11pm no rollaway. Called manager- no rollaways anywhere. No other rooms available. 30 minutes later, magically a room is available. They moved us to a room that was supposed to be closed due to VERY NOISY PIPES CLANGING in A/C problem...Maintenance was upset at mgmt for putting us in the room when he had open ticket to mgmt for repairs. I called mgmt. again- they said they would comp one night charges...Had 7:45am meeting, scheduled room service (reasonably priced!) for 7:00am- breakfast showed up at 7:40am. it is now one week later and all charges have not been released from my debit card b/c hotel has not released them. Called hotel, told my folio has been moved to accting.
