Magnificient yet comfortable setting!

With paneled rooms from 19th century Europe, good dining rooms, ball rooms, comfortable, pub-like meeting rooms, the service is congenial and consistent. I held my yearly cast parties there, never had a single complaint. It is a luxury to reward friends and colleagues with this sort of setting.

Did not meet my expectations of good customer service

This hotel wouln't let my daughter use the bathroom to change into a wedding gown for a photoshoot across the street so we ended up renting a room because I couldn't bear to see my daughter begguing for the use of a bathroom. After the photo shoot ended we returned to the hotel because it was raining and they wouln't let me take a couple of pictures in the lobby with my tiny camara. Their fee they argue was a thousand dollars for wedding pictures. What a way to treat a guess. I am never returning!This hotel did not meet my expectations!
