These 36 years old building initially was called Ensenada Hotel and since 1997 it was called the Hotel Parque Ensenada. After that, it suffered an important improvement and remodeling under a Porfiriato concept, which identify the Roma Colony. Now the hotel is renovating it with a new look and switched the hotels name to Stanza Hotel with a minimalist style but it plays with a little Porfiriato style furniture.
The building has one basement parking, one ground floor, and six floors. It has 132 rooms, one restaurant, and one lobby bar.
