Excellent service and ammenities.

My husband and I have enjoyed staying at this lovely ,modern, shabby chic gem of a hotel in Quebec City on many occasions. The staff is polite and helpful even if your french is poor or nonexistent. We suggested CD players in the rooms and the next time we visited low and behold Bose systems in all the rooms! Don't tell too many people or we won't be able to get a reservation!
