Great design, service is below expectations.

This hotel looks great. Really like the design and rooms. The only problem is that staff seem totally clueless. The valet smashed my car, and no one bothered to address the issue. I did receive an apology from some desk clerk after _I_ discovered the damage. No one from management was around. Days past and _I_ had to call the hotel to remind them they messed up my car. Pretty surprising for 4 diamond rated property.
