Housekeeping Robbed All My Cash!

Housekeeping went through my pocket book and stole $400 cash! I had to file a Police Report and the management would not cooperate with me. They never even apologized and were protecting the staff- it was a disgrace!

Worst stay ever

Worst place I have ever stayed at. TV was not working, outdated and very dirty rooms, paper thin walls. Would not stay in this hotel even if I was in a third world company. I received full refund from customer service after complaint.

Stay Away from this Hotel

I stayed at this Best Western South Beach hotel with my friends for two days. We found the hotel to be horrible from the start. It was dirty and its staff was horrid and incompetent. The rooms were small and housekeeping never bothered to clean. The toilets overflowed and the problem was not fixed even after we complained to the front desk. The rooms were smelly and lacked privacy. We could hear every word that our neighbors spoke. The only good thing about the hotel was its location. Since we were on a strict budget, we couldn't afford to move to another place or afford hiring a cab. We were completely disgusted with the staff and the services. I'd strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel if you're visiting Miami.
