Very, very dirty surroundings

Because of the dirty conditions, I rank this the worse place I've stayed in for many years. The carpets were filthy dirty in the room as well as in the hallways and stairways. The area around the outside entrances appeared to not have been swept for weeks or more. A very unsightly place.
