Spacious Hotel with Supervised Children's Activities

The Wrightsville Beach location provides this Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and a good starting point for exploring this North Carolina region. Airlie Gardens is located two miles away and Screen Gem Studios is seven miles away. Travel a little further out and guests will find the Wilmington Historic District and the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. The rather large hotel has its reception desk on the third floor instead of the ground floor to better utilize space. The seven-story hotel features 184 guest rooms and eight suites with high-speed Internet access. The rooms are spacious and clean and offer great views of the beach. Room amenities include ironing boards, hair dryers, and coffeemakers. The hotel has an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool with two spa tubs. A fitness center is also available. After rigorous workouts, guests can book massages with the hotel's licensed massage therapists. Young children will be kept busy by the hotel's variety of supervised children's activities. Kids also get to eat free at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, this hotel is an ideal place for families to stay while they take in Wrightsville Beach.
