New Ownership, but Same Old Problems?

The Holiday Resort has had other names and owners...but regardless of the name outside the building, it seems little has changed. And that¿s not good. Travelers have expressed considerable dissatisfaction with the hotel, including its condition, customer service, and restaurant. On the other hand, for being right on the beach, affordability is one thing that the Holiday has going for it. As to whether or not it¿s still a good value is up for debate. Located in Miami Beach, Florida, the Holiday Resort is 11 miles from Miami International Airport.
