The Worst Hotel Ever!!

I stay in over 100 hotels per/year. The Holiday Inn on LaFayette St. was miserable. They lost 10 reservations that had been confirmed 4 hours before check-in. When they found them the rooms were not available as promised and confirmed. My room had a dirty toilet/shower/sink/TV area and trash everywhere - I have the pictures to prove it! The lock on my door had to be taken apart and the list goes on. But the kicker was when the hotel reservationist told his superiors that I was yelling and screaming.. I never raised my voice to any hotel employee and I have many witnesses who will back me on this. I have the email communications also... So do yourself a favor - stay at the Holiday Inn in Secaucus NJ. Amazing!!! Less $ too...
