This Holiday Inn can't compare with others

Poor/no customer service at all. Poor Breakfast buffet. No refrigerators or coffee machines in Rooms/Suites. I stayed in Holiday Inns all over the U.S. and Europe and thought that every stay was worth the money, but this time I was very disappointed.
