Poorly maintained property on inside.

This property is no longer associated with Comfort Suites & Inns regardless what the sign outside says. The landscape looks nice outside but the inside looked and smelled nasty. Floor lamp in room was very rusted and very dusty. Carpet in room was very dirty. Box spring had soiled spots exposed to the naked eye and bottom covering hanging down onto floor. Telephone book over 2 years old. Drawers were dirty. Commode ran whenever room upstairs flushed their commode and you would get foul odor when you ran water in sink or shower. Manager was very discourteous.
