Worst hotel experience EVER

Although we had prebooked with their
800 number for our family of 5 and
prepaid the entire stay, when we
arrived we were told that only 4 could
stay in a room unless we upgraded and
that would be hundreds of US money
more. We refused (didn't have the money
& didn't feel we should have to, THEY
messed up, not us)Took 2 days to get
refund and a 2 whole mornings wasted (1
to look for another hotel and 1 to cash
cheque, only 1 bank in LA, the hotels
bank, would for non-Americans). Will
never go there again!
