Poor and Unhelpful Service

1. Desk clerk did not know about the shuttle service nor take any effort to find out. She did give us the DART phone number.
2. Blanket in the room was dirty from prvious guest/guests.
3. Daughter's 1st room smelled like vomit
4. Whirpool facilities were not available to guests before 10 a.m. (only 1 hour prior to check out) and te desk clerk suggested we try to open the facility at 7a.m.when we called to check on the hours of operation.
We dressed in our suits, went downstaris and found the facility locked. Then clerk on duty told us that she could not open it.
We picked this hotel because of my wife's need of the whirlpool for her arthritis. We ciould have gone to a motel closer to the stadium for less money and had better servce. We have used Wingte Inn's in other cities throughot the United States and always ave been satisfied. Both the day and night staff at this hotel has done the chain a great injustice. And all of friends will know to stay away from this particular facility!
That may nt seem like a big deal but we ar on commities that use your facilities for varius conventions and acitivites. Nice location, attractive surroundigs in the lobby but your staf failed to meet the standard one would expect from the Wingate Inns.
