My kids wanted to go on a holiday for a long time. After lot of discussions we decided to visit Florida and stay for one week at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort before moving to Disney Land. This resort is special since I used to visit it quite often with my friends. Honestly, you'll never spend a dull moment here. The rooms are lovely. They overlook the beach, and the food they serve is delicious. The hotel has three restaurants offering varied cuisines. So you'll always find something to suit your taste. We spent our days watching the beautiful sunset and swimming in the pool. The hotel staff was very proficient and helpful, and we had no trouble dealing with them. All in all, our stay at the Hilton was totally relaxing and I'd like to come back here again.

This hotel is the best hotel ever! We come here every 1 or 2 years. They have everything there. With my family we went on the beach there and you can go parasailing and goon waverunners! We saw a shark! And a Manatee! We would play tennis everyday. We would play volleyball on the beach! it is so fun! Then the Pool! They have an awesome pool. They have a lunch place and a bar by the pool. They have very good food! Anyway this is the best hotel ever!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was wonderful. The room and view was great. The staff wonderful, the beach great, the pool great. Overall it was wonderful. The service in all 3 restaurant great.

I visited the Hilton in Marco Island on
Labor Day weekend due to Hurricane
Frances's arrival in West Palm Beach. I
was led to believe that I could bring
my pet due to the circumstances and I
was misquoted on price. The management
at this hotel was rude and
uncompassionate to guests fleeing to
their hotel with their pets and I was
practically called a liar with regard
to rates quoted and pets. We were made
to board our pets at a "pet store" or
leave the hotel. I was also charged
full holiday room rates of $189.00 per
night as they knew we had no other
options as all other hotels were sold
out! While other hotels in the area
dropped their no pet rule, the Hilton
couldn't even show any consideration or
offer to smoothe over the ruffled
feathers of the guests with a meal,
drink, etc. The rooms were also
mediocre as drains clogged, ice machine
died, restaurants had exorbianant
prices, etc. Don't waste your vacation
time at this Hilton unless you want to
be treated rudely.

I have been staying @ this Hilton
since I was born and I enjoy going
there with my friends during the
summer and hanging out. The employees
are great. They response quickly to
any request that you make. They are
also a very nice staff. The hotel is
very clean, including the rooms. THey
have no odors, everything is painted
nicely, and the beds are comfortable
which is very important.
