Very disappointing

Spa had green scum at waterline. Had to have room key re-coded every time we left room. No microwave because ground plug was broken off in socket. First menu choice generally not available... often had to come up with alternate selection. Credit card machine didn't work in restaurant so had to go to front desk to get lunch tab processed. Not a great experience.
