Recommended for People Who Want to Stay Near the Airport

I had to spend two days at this hotel during one of my business trips. This hotel was the best choice as it was conveniently located near to the airport and had low rates. My room in the hotel overlooked the airport and had a modern décor. I guess I got one of the renovated rooms of the hotel. The room was totally sound proof so I wasn't disturbed by the noise of the planes. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with Neutrogena products. I had my dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant, Andiamo, but I was not really impressed by it. On the second day I decided to eat at a nice Italian restaurant called Carlucci in Rosemont. I heard people complaining about paying extra for using the hotel's pool. I think you should discuss fees with the front desk so that there is no confusion when you receive your bill. Overall I liked the place and its service. I think this is a suitable place to stay, especially for business travelers as it's conveniently located and provides satisfactory service.

Awful Hotel

This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever seen at any hotel! They are rude and the hotel is not worth your money. I live in hotels do to my career and this is by far the worst I've ever stayed in.
