The front desk was not prepared for large group check in, no prior notice as to what section was being used for what convention causing one to stand in long lines to learn it was the wrong line. Food was poor, not enough choices, sandwiches pre-prepared. didn't know how long they had been sitting out. All food was overpriced for such poor quality. Room was ok.

While the hotel itself and amenities were nice, service was extremely poor. My impression of the staff is that they simply didn't care. Upon check-in, I was misdirected to my guest room three times. Many of my questions were met with shrugs. Five weeks after my stay, I am still waiting for my folio statement to be sent to me. To top it off, on the second night of my stay, I found a large cockroach in my room. When I called the front desk to let them know, the staff person seemed surprised that I wanted something done.

I spent New Year's eve '05 weekend there and I was in love with the beauty of the center. I loved all the art and plants and general decor. As beautiful as it was, I found it to be comfortable. I was on the 25th tower floor. I count it up there in the top two beautiful places I have stayed.

I had dinner there on 5/24/04 and
dinner was great. I charged my dinner
on my Corporate American Express Card
and forgot my copy of the bill. I went
back the next day and talked with the
hostess about getting another copy of
that bill. I told her it was very
important to me to have that so I can
do my expense report. She told me she
would take care of it and to come back
on Tuesday 5/25/04. I return that
evening and talked with the hostess
Pamala. She found the note I filled
out with all my information and
nothing was turned into accounting. I
gave my business card to Pamala and
she assured me it would be taken care
of and they would fax me a copy of my
AMX receipt. It never happened !! At
this point I forgot how good dinner
was. I just remember the customer
servise I was given on a simple
request. Below Poor!!! Thanks for
nothing!!!
