After winning a 2 night stay my family was excited to be visiting there. When I checked in they told me that I would have $30 of room credit. The woman at the front desk forgot to give me my room card so I could charge the $30 to the credit. I fixed it the next day and witnessed a woman angry that they had charged her double for her stay there. They acted like it was no big deal. If I had known that I would be in a similar situation I would never had gone. A week after our stay I checked my online banking account and notice they had charged me for my free stay! Almost $600 in charges. They had gotten my account number because when I checked out I had a $9 charge over the room credit. I was in a hurry since I still had some last minute Christmas shopping to do. Now I am in a dispute with them. Management will not return calls and is never available and the front desk keeps giving my wife and I the run around. Apparently stealing money from people is of no concern to them. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. As for the hotel, the rooms are no better than a Super 8 or Red Roof Inn. The beds and sheets are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and the bathroom is barely big enough for one person. The food is horrible and overpriced. $20 for a buffet that is a 1/3 of the size of other buffets and the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered.
