This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Do not be fool by the pictures. the hotel is old and smelly, my sister in law had to wear perfume before bed in order to be able to sleep because of the bad smell. They have a dirty pool and Jacuzzy. The place is a piece of junk inside everything is old.

Never stay at this hotel

We had a reservation for two nights July 13 & 14. When we arrived we were horrified to see that this hotel was nothing like it is depicted on their web site. We were shown three rooms that were so dirty, we would not consider staying there. The pool was filthy and the hallways smelled terrible. We were charged for one night, but just couldn't stay there. We were warned as we went in that a window had fallen out of the building onto the parking lot the day before. The entire building looks to be on the verge of collapse. The management was mean and rude. Don't stay here - there are many other nice places to stay in Pigeon Forge.

The place smelled so bad and it was just dirty.I wished we had booked thru a travel agency maybe we could have got the deposit back. The picture must have been taken about 30 years ago.

The Grand Dump

Our stay was horrible!! We arrived to the clerk on duty outside chatting it up with some buddies. When he came in we paid a huge sum for the "Honeymoon Suite", HA!! There was no hot water in the room. The maintenance boy came in and let the water run while he talked on his cell phone making plans for when he got off work. He told us that they were having trouble in that wing. The bed was about to fall over. When we asked for a refund they offered us another room, which was just as bad. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. We stayed somewhere else that night. We had to call the "corporate office" the next day to request a refund. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!

This was definitely not a resort hotel. The whole place and room was old and nasty. Disgusting! No indoor heated pool, only a hot tub that was lukewarm and adjacent to where people are eating and coming in. The corridors were freezing with the outside doors open. I would not stay here again. If you have allergies, this is not for you. My family was very disappointed in our stay. It was awful! It was not worth what we paid and we should have gotten our money back.
