poor service,

1.employ english speaking room-maids (instead of saying don't know). 2.breakfast-waiter/waitress should let guest(room guest)seated immeidately,instead of waiting 15minutes to be seated. 3.Wedding dinner- waiter/waitress should be more attentive to guest, (drinks/food/service) 4.front-desk (should get more exprience people (smile).
