A Real Nugget of a Hotel, and a Colorado-River View!

My husband and I used to be Vegas fans, but then we discovered Laughlin. And fortunately, we discovered the Golden Nugget during our first Laughlin visit three years ago. We've been back yearly since! This hotel has the perfect combination of great location (central, and right on the Colorado River), great rooms (big, with comfortable beds), and great staff. I've been wowed by the way the front-desk staff has gone out of its way to upgrade our room at check-in the last two times we've been there! The dealers and casino staff are great too - much less snobby than the Vegas people. Even the housekeeping staff is friendly and competent. It all makes for a wonderful vacation. Hey, if you need to feel like you're at the Ritz, this is definitely not the place for you. But to get a few days in a hotel that can truly be described as "grand," try the Golden Nugget Laughlin. It's the best.

Golden Nugget is a Great Hotel

This is perhaps one of the best places to stay on a visit to Laughlin. I had fun sightseeing and visiting the nearby areas. There were many casinos around the area and one at the hotel. The Nugget is conveniently located and has a wonderful view of the Colorado River. There's sufficient space for parking with a valet service. This is a comfortable hotel that is reasonably priced as well. Rooms aren't that expensive! The staff is friendly, especially at the restaurant where we ate at; I forget its name. Food was decent! Good actually. Rooms were well maintained and clean. The bathroom was very big and was well stocked with spare towels when we checked in. Book a room which has a good view of the river. I'll definitely stay here again.
