poor service from reservations.
I received hang-up with no warning.
I had to have my reservation confirmed four times, finally I gave up and 70 hours into the 72 hour cut off the 4 Queens, charged my credit card. $82.67,
their are no exceptions, or grace period, the my total for the room was taken out 5 days before checke-in. I'm sorry but I have to give one of the best hotels, downtown at one time a THUMBS DOWN.
