Not like it use to be, THUMBS DOWN.

poor service from reservations. I received hang-up with no warning. I had to have my reservation confirmed four times, finally I gave up and 70 hours into the 72 hour cut off the 4 Queens, charged my credit card. $82.67, their are no exceptions, or grace period, the my total for the room was taken out 5 days before checke-in. I'm sorry but I have to give one of the best hotels, downtown at one time a THUMBS DOWN.

I LOVE THE FRONT TOWER PART OF THE HOTEL. THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD IN ALL THE PLACES THEY HAVE TO EAT. I MISS THE OLD ICE CREAM SHOP ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THE HOTEL RATES ARE VERY GOOD.

Very basic and not pretty... but.. Great Value! Friendly staff, great location, good food. If you come to Las Vegas to NOT be in your room.. Four Queens is great! If you want to stay in your room.. go to the strip!
