THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED, FIRST THE PHONE DIDNT WORK THEN THE BEDS WHERE HARD AS A ROCK, THE AC WAS LOUD THE TOLIET RAN OUT IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR OUT IN THE MAIN ROOM. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, NO ONE EVER CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM OR GIVE US NEW TOWLES OR NUTHIN AT THAT THE HOLE 3 DAYS WE WHERE THEIR, THE POOL WAS DIRTY, IT WAS JUST A NASTY PLACE ALL TOGETHER, I WOULD NOT TELL ANY ONE TO TAKE THERI FAMILY THEIR, MY KIDS COUDNT EVEN PLAY ON THE FLOOR, I DONT THANK THEY EVER USED A SHAMPOOER ON IT, SO I LAYED THEIR COVERS IN THE FLOOR SO MY 4 YR OLD COULD PLAY WITH HIS TOYS, I KNOW WHY THEY SAID NO REFUND,THEY NEW THAT IT WAS AWFULL,

These rooms are below in maintenance. Holes in walls not sanded or painted. the walls are filthy. The water pressure is weak(does have Hot water) small bathrooms no extra security locks. Heaters noisy, elevator is nasty, border peeling off walls, continental breakfast is packaged honey buns and box cereal. The best thing about this hotel is the bed(they are comfortable) If you don't believe this try them out.
