Wow...where do I start? How about the fact that there must have been a fire in the lounge area and the hot tub was out of order, the toilet in our room "The Presidential Suite" did not flush, no alarm clock in the room, our 5:30am wakeup call came at 5:30pm and the next day our 3:30am wakeup call never came. This was the day we left so, how much do you want to bet that the phone rang at 3:30pm??? This was after we told the clerk about the 5:30 wakeup call! But it all started with the coupon we printed off the internet when we booked the room. We were told that the $10 coupon may be used for one night, for the entire stay, or not at all, it would be the manager's decision when we arrived. Well, the manager told us that they already gave us the discount when we booked the room. This was not the case!!! She finally agreed to the discount but, not before we realized that we could use none of the ammenities we saw on the website. ABSOLUTEY HORRIBLE! I have one for the suggestion box...change the name to "Fast Freddies Family Inns and Suites".
