Managements Denial of Staff Stealing from the Guest Rooms

I booked a vacation for Disneyland for my son and myself. During my stay at the Fairfield Inn across from Disneyland, Fairfield Inn staff members were stealing from my room. I reported it to management. Management immediately pulled a report of entries to my room. Management varified the maids entries of my room. Only entry during our stay were maids, my son and myself. During our absents from the room, on 2 seperate occasions, they stole a few personal belongings from my son and me. The lost prevention manager, was very helpful and understanding. Other management officials including corporate were rude and uncooperative. Fairfield Inn is strongly in need theft management courses. They need to learn to take disciplinary action against maids stealing from the guests opposed to supporting their unlawful actions. I'm very disappointed in Marriot and will never refer my clients or associates to Marriott again.
