Don't stay here!!!

Bad experience. I had prepaid for a 2 bedroom suite (verified by Travelworm). Upon arrival and check in, they would not honor the reservation and only gave me a 1 bedroom. The toilet overflowed the first night. The rooms are very dark; they need more lamps in the rooms. I asked for a wake up call; which I never received. When I questioned them, they said they thought my phone line was down. Why didn't they try to make the call? Luckily I was able to wake up in time for my flight, but was very unhappy. There should be no excuse for the shabby service. The check in clerk, Rhonda, was quite rude also. Do Not Stay here!!

The place is downright bad. I'd rather sleep in my car.

I spent 4 nights there back in Sept of 2004. Never again! The night manager was rude and showed no concern at all for the needs of his guests. While I was there, I had 2 motorcycles stolen from their parking lot. His response to my loss was "it happens here, call the police." The room was dirty and smelled. If you want to enjoy your stay in Vegas, find another hotel. I would much rather sleep in my car than stay there again. Yes, the place is that bad!
