The service is not great at all. Quite noisy if you stay from 5th floor and below. No security. Many teenagers run around the corridor. Breakfast is ok. Not enough bartenders to serve the manager receptions. You have to wait for a long time! Many debris and garbage cans not empty in front lobby! Management must pay attention to those details! I stayed there for last weekend! These above are my first impressions with Embassy Suite in Santa Ana at Dyer! Hopefully it'll be corrected!
