Don't plan on a good night's sleep or a hot shower!

Stayed 8/22/05 for one night. No light bulb in lamp, shower head did not work. Bed hard as a rock (like trying to sleep on the box springs). Upon examination, found plywood under mattress. Staff didn't care. Excuse was that they were renovating, starting with the 9th floor; I was on the 7th floor. Didn't offer to provide another room or fix problems. Better places to stay in Nashville. Keep looking.
