What you see is NOT what you get!!!

What you see is NOT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. We stayed in a Fsllsview Suite and yes, you could see the falls if you pressed your right cheek against the glass and looked off to the left. We had a great view of the large Minolta tower and the clock lit up our room. Even the picture of the actual hotel with the Falls right behind it is not right. The falls are much further to the left and the actual hotel does not look like the one in the picture. The people at the front desk mostly treat you like you are a pain in the butt. When asked about the view, they are happy to sell you a better view for more money. Check your bill at the end of your stay, you will be charged about $14. a day for stuff out of the treat basket, even if you don't take a thing. Do not buy your tour tickets at the hotel, go to the top of the incline railway and you can get the same tour for $34 each instead of $125 from the hotel. Starbucks and TGIFridays are more than double the prices that they are at the TGIFridays down the street and the food was bad. We didn't eat at the Keg as we were told by other guests that it was bad. When I left this hotel, I felt ripped off!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel!!!
