La Zebra is located on the fabulous beach of Tulum, about two hours drive south of Cancun. The cabanas have been carefully designed to capture the rustic, jungle chic charm that visitors expect of a boutique Tulum Hotel. A few barefoot steps from your tastefully appointed cabana to the stunning waters of the Carribbean and you will forget all about your day job and the real world! While many Tulum hotels are bringing Euro-chic design to Tulum, we have taken a step back in time to create the intimate retro-beach feel that Tulum is famous for. Our beach cabanas, Mexican cantina-grill and Tequila Bar have all been remodeled by local artisans using local wood, stone and palapa thatch so that from the moment you walk into La Zebra you know you are somewhere special.
Amenities: La Zebra's spacious beachfront property has nine comfortable beach cabanas. We have made sure that our guests are provided with all the important comforts needed for their barefoot beach vacation. Our amenities include King Size beds, soft linens, 24-hour power, room fans, wireless internet and fresh water showers (with hot water!).
We also have a simple Cantina style Mexican restaurant that features a huge outdoor charcoal grill (perfect for the catch of the day), and a Tequila bar that serves fresh juice margaritas with dozens of different tequilas. And if coffee is a passion, then our Italian espresso machine and hand roasted coffee from Chiapas will be a treat.
