Needs a remodel!!!

I have always stayed at Doubletree, and have never had a bad experience until this one. This hotel is very outdated, and frankly smelled of mold. If you are booking a reservation, make sure that you request a room in the tower instead of allowing them to put you in one of the many "spider legs" of the hotel. The only good thing I can say about the experience is that when we told them that we were not happy with the room and would not be staying there after all, they credited our account with no problems. On the other hand, they didn't offer to make things right either. You decide.
