Best hotel in London

My family & I had a wonderful time at the Delta London. The staff were so friendly & made the kids feel very welcome with little toys & coloring books when we checked in. The rooms were clean & newly renovated. The pool & kids play room was really wonderful - we left the kids there with a staff member for a few hours while my husband & I were able to go out on a date for the first time in YEARS. I can't thank the Delta enough... we'll be back soon!
