DELTA CHELSEA IS SHAMEFUL AND A SCAM

I stayed there 2 times now, 2 years in a row in 2004. They were amazing. A few faults but this year a lot of their staff have resigned and I think I know why. Their manager knew I was here both years for surgery and she made promises she could not keep. The staff gave me the runaround. Could not order movies because my TV was broken and still got charged for the movies. Bad TV reception. And I spent 10 thousand last year. And this year on my room I spent about 7 thousand so far and I am on their top signature club floor and believe me, it's not worth it like it used to be. I suggest the Marriot downtown when in Toronto, especially if you're going to be spending a lot cause you'll want your money's worth.
