Rude, over priced

Non-smoking room was foul smelling, had cigarette burn in chair, mattress lumpy, blankets very sparse, remote control didn't work, TV not programmed, and paid over $120 for 1 double bed. I complained at front desk and they were so rude that they called my answering machine at home to ask why I had made a "scene" in the lobby even though other people were already complaining about 9 party animals from the hotel being arrested and the front desk told them they didnt know there was a problem. A guy named Jeremy called my home phone and said he checked the room and said I was a liar and rude and my complaining was very distasteful. It was a lovely homecoming to hear his message on my answering machine after being gone on vacation for 5 days. I would definitety not recomend this hotel, staying in a tent would be more comfortable and definitely cheaper!
