I would not recommend this hotel. We just came back and it was one of our worst vacations in over 20 years of traveling. The staff was rude and not accommodating. I paid the normal rates for this package and when we checked in they tricked us into a breakfast that was a sales pitch which wasted 2 1/2 hours of my families vacation. The food was below par and it was almost impossible to get reservations for dinner. The Japanese restaurant is a fast food stand. I tried for room service on 2 separate days and after calling 3 times each morning and no one picking up the phone I went to get my families food on my own. I asked to speak to a manger twice and I still have yet to speak to one.
