I stayed at the Marriott with my family and I highly recommend it for family vacations. The hotel was quite impressive and had facilities including wireless Internet, a restaurant, and an indoor hot tub. The staff was polite and efficient. Our suite, like all other rooms, had a balcony facing the ocean. The suite was very spacious and clean. It had two queen size beds, a big bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. It also had two color televisions with cable, which was very convenient for us as we were traveling with kids. The indoor pool was very inviting and well located. It was located near the elevator so we didn't have to walk all over the place. The hotel could do with more elevators. It has eleven floors and only two elevators! We had to wait endlessly for the elevators as they were full most of the time. I highly recommend the Pocahantas Cafe for breakfast as it serves delicious food at a very low price. Overall we had a comfortable and fun-filled holiday in Virginia Beach.
